Marco Flores came to the United States from Mexico City at the age of 17 with nothing but determination and a desire to build a better future. Starting his career in manufacturing, he quickly rose from machinist to production supervisor—even before speaking English—thanks to his strong work ethic and natural leadership abilities.
His passion for helping others succeed led him to become a certified coach and leadership trainer with the John Maxwell Team in 2018. Since then, Marco has empowered countless individuals and organizations through coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
As a community leader with Saddleback Church en Español, Marco saw a consistent struggle among Hispanic business owners: a lack of access to guidance, resources, and financial education. Determined to fill that gap, he earned licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, allowing him to offer tailored financial services and strategic business support.
Today, Marco combines his expertise in leadership and financial services to equip Hispanic entrepreneurs with the tools they need to grow, protect, and lead their businesses with confidence. Whether he's coaching one-on-one, leading workshops, or providing financial solutions, Marco’s mission is simple: to serve, support, and strengthen the Hispanic business community.
